About the PSP Scale8

  • The PSP scale is a validated clinician-related scale that measures personal and social functioning in the domains of:
    • Socially useful activities (eg, work and study)
    • Personal and social relationships
    • Self-care
    • Disturbing and aggressive behaviors

*P≤0.001 vs placebo.
Pooled data from three 6-week, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled studies. Subjects received fixed doses of paliperidone ER 3-to-12 mg/day (n=842) or placebo (n=351) and were examined at endpoint for PSP percent change scores. At endpoint, 779 paliperidone ER and 317 placebo subjects had PSP percent change score.
